If you want to be successful in ministering to people, planning is extremely important. We see a Biblical precedent for planning in several passages in the Bible. This class deals with the reason why we should plan, and what the essential components of a good ministry plan are.

What is personal integrity? How does personal integrity affect your ability to minister to others? In what areas do you need to have personal integrity if you are to have an effective ministry? This session will give you some biblical insight on personal integrity in ministry.

What is the mission and purpose of the church? In this session, you will learn what the church is trying to accomplish, and begin to think about how your ministry fits into the bigger picture of what the church is doing.
